The equivalent of a part-time hire, spent moving data between systems by hand.
Direct Softworks replaces the spreadsheets, email chains, and disconnected tools running your operations with one custom system, built around how your business already works.
Built on tools your IT team trusts
Your system runs on and integrates with mainstream, battle-tested platforms — so you're never locked in, and never dependent on us.

The problem
It isn't a software problem, it's a visibility problem: you can't trust your own numbers, and neither can the people making decisions with them.
01The 47-tab workbook. One Excel file runs the whole operation. One person knows how it actually works. They're on holiday.
02Three versions of the truth. Sales quotes one number, accounting reports another, the warehouse counts a third. Every meeting starts with twenty minutes of figuring out whose is right.
03The copy-paste relay. An order arrives by email, gets retyped into the ERP, then into a spreadsheet, then into an invoice. Four systems, four chances for a typo that reaches a customer.
04Deciding on last month's data. By the time the monthly report is assembled by hand, it describes a business that no longer exists.
The cost of doing nothing
Spreadsheets feel free. The bill just lands somewhere other than a software invoice.

The equivalent of a part-time hire, spent moving data between systems by hand.

Hand-built reports describe last month. The big calls get made in the rear-view mirror.

The whole operation lives in one file and one person's head. A sick week and it holds its breath.
The shift
The same operation, before and after one connected system — and what the gap between them is quietly costing you every month.
How much stock do we have?
Every meeting opens with twenty minutes of figuring out whose number to believe — because the data lives in five places and gets retyped between them by hand.
Pick a team size or type in your own numbers. It pays for itself in about 4 weeks — then keeps saving, every month after.
Conservative by design — labour hours only. The real bill also includes the errors, delays and decisions made on stale numbers.
Ten disconnected tools collapse into one system built for the business it belongs to — which is why it fits, and why software finally starts removing work instead of creating it.

FAQ
Marketing websites and landing pages start at €900, business management software at €3,000, Windows and desktop applications at €4,000, and automation or integration work is priced per scope. All figures exclude VAT. After the discovery call you get one fixed price for your exact scope - that number doesn't move mid-project.
Typical ranges: a marketing website in 1–2 weeks, an integration or automation in 2–6 weeks, business management software in 4–8 weeks, a desktop application in 6–12 weeks. Your proposal includes a concrete timeline for your scope.
Off-the-shelf tools are genuinely great when your process fits theirs. The pain starts when it doesn't: you bend the business around the software, pay per seat forever, and still export to a spreadsheet for the one report that actually matters. Custom is worth it when a specific workflow is core to how you operate and no template quite fits — you get exactly your process, one system instead of five subscriptions, and code you own outright. If a standard tool genuinely fits you better, we'll say so on the discovery call.
You do. The code we write for you, the database, and the intellectual property in them transfer to you on final payment - and the standard components underneath come with a permanent, unrestricted licence. No per-seat fees, nothing to renew, no lock-in.
You'd be fine - deliberately so. The code is yours, it's documented, the infrastructure runs under your accounts, and it's built on mainstream technology. Any competent developer can pick it up.
Wherever you prefer: your own AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or DigitalOcean accounts, or on-premises. We set everything up, and can manage it for you or hand over the keys.
Every defect is fixed at no charge for 30 days after acceptance - that's part of the delivery, not a favor. Critical ones we fix free for as long as you use the system, with no time limit: if it goes down, loses data, or exposes it, that's ours to put right whenever it happens. Beyond that, most clients keep a light support arrangement; others come back only when they want something new.
Systems are built modular for exactly this reason. Describe the change, get a small fixed quote, and it's added - usually by the person who wrote the original code.
The system runs on your infrastructure with encrypted connections, role-based access, and audit logs where they matter. GDPR is the baseline, not an add-on - we're EU-based ourselves.
Because the cost of the current setup is already running. Every month of manual re-keying, stale reports, and know-how trapped in one person's head is paid whether or not you fix it — six months of delay is six months of that bill with nothing to show. The discovery call is free and the proposal is fixed-price, so the cheapest time to at least know the number is now.
Yes - discovery, demos, and delivery all work over video calls and screen shares. On-site visits are possible within Romania when a project genuinely benefits from one.
Yes, training and written documentation are part of launch. The goal is your team using the system confidently on day one - not calling us to ask where a button is.
Book a 30-minute discovery call. You'll leave with a clear map of where your operation leaks time and data - useful whether or not we ever work together.
A fixed proposal follows within a week of the call. No pressure, no follow-up sequence.
