Custom software development services

Four ways in. One standard of work.

Every one of them ends with code you own outright — source, database and infrastructure in your accounts, no per-seat licence, no way for us to hold the work hostage. The prices below are honest floors, and the discovery call turns one of them into a fixed number for your scope.

What each one changes, and what it costs

Timelines are kickoff to live, not signature to kickoff. All prices exclude VAT. Hosting and ongoing support are quoted separately — see any service page for what a build includes.

Built around your processRole-based accessExcel / PDF export

Business management software

A browser-based system your team opens instead of the shared drive: live jobs, orders, stock, margins and workload in one place, with the filters and exports people actually ask for. Role-based access means finance, ops and leadership each get their own view — and your customers can get a portal onto the same single source of truth.

  • Live views of jobs, orders, stock and margins, with ops, finance and leadership each seeing their own
  • The filters, search and exports your team asks for daily — not the ones a demo dataset needed
  • An optional customer portal onto the same numbers, so status emails stop being a job
from €3,0004–8 weeks

Windows & desktop applications

When the work is repetitive, high-volume and done at a desk all day, a native Windows application beats a web tab: keyboard-first data entry, local hardware — scanners, scales, label printers, COM ports — and a screen that keeps working when the internet does not.

  • Keyboard-first data entry with validation that blocks the mistakes which cost money later
  • Local hardware handled properly: scanners, scales, label printers, COM ports
  • A screen that keeps working with the connection down, and syncs once it is back

Workflow automation & integrations

The systems you already pay for, made to talk to each other. ERP to accounting, shop to stock, CRM to invoicing, plus the Romanian compliance surface — ANAF e-Factura submission, BNR exchange rates, bank statement reconciliation — so the daily re-typing between two screens stops being someone's job.

  • One-way or two-way sync between the systems you name, with the field mapping written down
  • Retries, a readable error log and alerting, so a failed sync is never discovered at month end
  • The Romanian compliance surface where you need it — e-Factura, BNR rates, bank reconciliation

Custom designMobile firstAnalytics you own

Marketing websites & landing pages

A fast, honest page that says what you sell and asks for one thing. Built on the same stack as the systems above, measured with analytics you own, and handed over as code rather than rented back to you as a subscription.

  • One offer and one call to action, structured so the point survives a five-second glance
  • Fast on a phone on mobile data, and readable by the crawlers that decide who finds you
  • Measurement on your own domain, handed over as code rather than rented back as a subscription

Not sure which one

Start from the problem, not the category

Most projects that arrive as “we need a dashboard” turn out to be an integration problem wearing a dashboard's clothes. Find the sentence that sounds like your week.

That is an integration, not a new system. The tools you already pay for usually publish an API or can be bridged through files and databases; the work is mapping the fields once and then letting a scheduled job do the typing. It is the cheapest of the four to start, because nothing has to be replaced.

Whichever you pick

The four things that do not change with the price

Code you own outright

The source we write for you, the database and the infrastructure end up in your accounts, and the standard components underneath come with a permanent licence. No per-seat fee, no way for us to hold the work hostage, and any competent developer can pick it up.

One fixed price, before we start

The discovery call turns a floor into a single number for your scope, and that number does not move mid-project. Changes you ask for later are quoted the same way.

Weekly demos, not status emails

You see the thing running every week from the first one. Feedback that arrives early is cheap to act on, which is the entire reason the cadence exists.

Handover, then support if you want it

Training and written documentation are part of launch, and every defect is fixed at no charge for 30 days after acceptance. Critical ones — anything that takes the system down, loses data, or exposes it — we fix free for as long as you use it, with no time limit. Most clients keep a light support arrangement on top; the system runs either way.

See your whole business in one place.

Book a 30-minute discovery call. You'll leave with a clear map of where your operation leaks time and data - useful whether or not we ever work together.

A fixed proposal follows within a week of the call. No pressure, no follow-up sequence.
