Concept: making product type visible on a trading platform

Unsolicited concept. Not a client project, not commissioned, not affiliated with XTB. XTB sells two different products under the same names. You can buy real Alphabet shares, or a CFD on Alphabet. Same ticker, same price movement, sitting next to each other in the same list. They are not the same thing. Shares are an asset you own. A CFD is a contract with your broker: leveraged, charged overnight financing, and taxed differently across most of the EU. Scrolling a watchlist, that distinction is easy to lose. It resurfaces at the two worst moments, when a position runs against you and when you file your taxes. Smaller, but felt every session: the news feed gave a central bank rate decision and a routine inventory report identical visual weight. Everything equally important means nothing is.
